Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with at least 1 year of professional experience in manual and/or automated testing. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications by designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with the development team. You should be able to create ETAs, communicate directly with clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BS CS), Software Engineering (BS SE), Information Technology (BS IT), or an equivalent field
Minimum 1 year of experience as an SQA Engineer or similar role
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Bugzilla)
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Create and manage ETAs for assigned tasks and deliver on time
Communicate with clients professionally and provide regular updates
